Heist are an independent bean to bar chocolate manufacturer from Cardiff, specialising in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate. They only use organic, single origin cocoa beans from a cooperative in Peru.
Each bar comes in a padded paper envelope and is stitched closed.

Milk (59%) - Rich, smooth with a slow, buttery melt.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate (organic cocoa beans, sugar, organic cocoa butter, whole milk powder).
Dark (70%) - Nutty cocoa beans from the Cuencas Del Huallaga Coop in Peru, sugar and a little bit of cocoa butter - we think that's everything you need.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (organic cocoa beans, sugar, organic cocoa butter).
Bananas (63% Milk) - There aren't enough banana flavoured things in this world! Milk chocolate blended with real, roasted, malty bananas and Madagascan vanilla. A banana split in the form of a handy chocolate bar. Yum!

Clementine (70% Dark) - Heist 70% dark chocolate blended with sweet clementine oil. A classic combination.

Milky Coffee (56% Milk) - Heist 56% Milk Chocolate blended with coffee from local coffee roasters, Hard Lines. So simple, so delicious!
